First, structure and working principle

Screw conveyor is mainly composed of chute, conveying screw and driving device. When the captain is long, the middle suspension bearing should be added. The spiral blade is fixedly arranged on the shaft, and the spiral shaft is longitudinally arranged in the feed groove. Each shaft has a certain length, and the connection between the sections is equipped with hanging bearings. Generally, the screw shaft of the head section is connected with the driving device, the discharge port is located at the bottom of the groove of the head section, and the feed port is located on the cover of the tail section. The material is loaded by the feed port, when the electric motor drives the spiral shaft rolling, the material because of its weight and the role of friction between the groove wall, do not rotate with the spiral, so that the axial driving force generated by the rotation of the spiral shaft directly acts on the material, so that the material slides along the axis. Conveying material is like being held and can not rotate the nut along the screw for translation, in one direction to the discharge port discharge.

Screw conveyor screw is divided into solid screw, belt screw and blade screw three kinds.

3. Spiral diameter

The spiral diameter obtained above should be rounded into the following dimensions: 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600mm.
