1, Installation steps of high-frequency dehydration vibrating screen
1. Place the dewatering screen on a flat and firm horizontal floor (cement or steel floor), insert the foundation bolts (prepared by the customer) and fix them.
2. When installing the screen body, the horizontal direction of the four footings shall be vertical to the ground. The damping spring is composed of two spring seats, the upper and the lower. The spring must be inserted into the spring ring and ensure that it is vertical and cannot be twisted.
3. A clearance of 50~100 mm shall be left around the dewatering screen, and the vibrating part of the screen machine shall not have any connection or contact with other objects outside the machine.
4. Two vibration motors are connected in parallel, connect the power supply, press the start button, and the two vibration motors can run in reverse direction at the same time.
2, Precautions for installation of high-frequency dehydration vibrating screen
1. Before installation
Check whether the motor is deformed or damaged during transportation, whether the parts are intact, and whether the fasteners are loose or falling off.
Check whether the package is intact and damp.
Use a 500 V megohmmeter to detect that the grounding resistance of the stator winding cannot be less than 20 megohm. If not, the stator winding must be dried. When drying, the temperature should be consistent, not higher than 120 ºC.
Whether the nameplate data of the motor meets the requirements.
2. Installing
The power supply must be grounded.
After the installation of the motor, the cable shall not collide or rub with the vibration block, and must be hung naturally. At the same time, its bending radius should be 5-6 times larger than the outer diameter of the cable, and then fixed with fixed machinery or support, with a spacing of about 500-1000 mm. When fixing cables, soft insulating materials shall be used for filling.
The vibration motor shall be firmly installed on the vibration device.
