Product Introduction
TS series high-frequency vibrating screen, also known as triangular support vibrating screen, uses a high frequency two-stage motor, which, on the one hand, destroys the tension on the material surface and the high-speed vibration of fine materials on the screen surface, on the other hand, increases the probability that materials smaller than the separation particle size will contact the screen hole, thus improving the screening efficiency. Applicable Industries
This product is applicable to the screening and filtration of any powder, particle and mucus in ceramic industry, food industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, abrasive tools and metallurgical industry. It is especially suitable for screening and filtration of ceramic slurry. Ceramic glaze: 200 mesh to 500 mesh.

Matters Needing Attention
The power switch (knife switch is not allowed) and grounding wire shall be in good contact. It is strictly prohibited to operate the motor without phase, otherwise the motor will be burnt. The machine should be placed at a small distance of 500mm from the surroundings to avoid collision. Fine mesh replacement mode:
1. Loosen the bolts and take down the upper hopper and mesh ring.
2. The fine mesh shall be placed horizontally upward on the mesh ring.
3. Press the round bar tensioner into the bottom annular groove from top to bottom and lock it.
4. Repeat the above steps to press the retainer into the upper annular groove and lock it.
5. Use scissors to cut the excess screen.
Daily Maintenance
Cut off the power when not in use. It is forbidden to wash the motor with water to prevent electric leakage during cleaning. Keep the screen clean to get good filtering effect. When cleaning the screen, it is not necessary to stop the machine, and the corresponding cleaning agent is used according to the different filtering materials. At the same time, it is forbidden to collide the screen with sharp and hard objects. In case of abnormal sound during use, please stop the machine immediately for inspection.
