Hot Machine Circular Rotary Vibrating Screen

 

The machine consist of hopper, vibrating chamber, couple and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibration chamber. The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line through the motor, cause centrifuged force under the state of unbalance and so that the materials from regular eddy. The amplitude of the hammer may be adjusted according to the property of material and the mesh screen.

the vibrating screen works by using the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by the vibrator excitation. The
upper rotating weight of the vibrator causes the screen surface to produce plane rotary vibration, while the lower rotating weight
causes the screen surface to produce conical rotary vibration, and its combined effect causes the screen surface to produce
compoundrotary vibration. Its vibration trajectory is a complex spatial curve. The curve is projected as a circle in the horizontal
plane and an ellipse in the vertical plane. The amplitude can be changed by adjusting the exciting force of the upper and lower
rotating weights. By adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the curve shape of the motion track of the
screen surface and the motion track of the material on the screen surface can be changed.

Working principle
 
The basic principle of the TS series vibrating screening filter is to use the weight (unbalanced weight) installed up and down the vertical vibration motor shaft to convert the rotating motion of the vertical vibration motor into the three-dimensional motion of horizontal, vertical and inclined, and then put the vertical vibration motor into three-dimensional motion. This movement is transmitted to the screen surface so that the material on the screen surface does an outward expansion involute motion, so this series of vibrating screens are called rotary vibrating screens. It has the advantages of long material running trajectory and a high utilization rate of the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower ends of the weights can change the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface. Fine screening, probability screening, etc. can be performed on materials.
