1. The linear vibrating screen is generally three-phase. The power supply should be connected correctly. It is forbidden to operate without phase.
2. During the transportation of the linear vibrating screen, in order to increase its rigidity, transportation support will be added. The user must remove the transportation support before starting the machine, otherwise, the vibration of the vibrating screen will be affected and the machine will be damaged seriously.
3. Although the bottom seat of the linear vibrating screen is firm, in order to ensure the balance of the screen body, the machine base must be firmly fixed with bolts, so that the height difference between the front and rear support seats on the same side is consistent, and the support seat plates on both sides of the same end (feeding end or discharging end) are in the same horizontal plane, the error is within 2mm, that is, the linear vibrating screen is in the horizontal state.
4. The linear vibrating screen frame is made of wood with small deformation, which is used to keep the screen flat and tight to achieve normal screening. If the specific gravity is large or the output is large, the metal screen frame can be used in the machine. You need to pay attention to check whether the screen is flat.
5. The connection of all parts of the linear vibrating screen machine must be firm and reliable, all bolts must not be loose, and all parts must not have any abnormal noise. The small gap between the vibrating part on the screen machine and the surrounding fixtures is 30-50mm. Check whether the shackle screws of the frame are locked.
6. After starting the machine for the first time, pay attention to the material track, and adjust the running track to the shape you need according to the screening material.

1. The machine shall be equipped with electrical protection device.
2. At the initial operation stage of the machine, the anchor bolts shall be checked at least once a day to prevent looseness.
3. When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, adjust the power supply phase sequence.
4. The motor shall be well lubricated, and lithium base grease (ZL-3) shall be added once every two weeks of operation. When refueling, an appropriate amount of lithium base grease shall be added through the oil cup. When sealed bearings are used, the motor is not equipped with oil cups.
5. After the machine has been running for 1500 hours, check the bearing and replace it immediately in case of serious damage.
6. When the machine is used again after being stopped for a long time, the insulation resistance should be measured, which should be greater than 0.5 megohms for a 500-volt megger measurement.
Daily maintenance of linear vibrating screen
1. Before starting:

(2) Check whether the transportation support is removed.
2. At startup:
