Working principle
The basic principle of the TS series vibrating screening filter is to use the weight (unbalanced weight) installed up and down the vertical vibration motor shaft to convert the rotating motion of the vertical vibration motor into the three-dimensional motion of horizontal, vertical and inclined, and then put the vertical vibration motor into three-dimensional motion. This movement is transmitted to the screen surface so that the material on the screen surface does an outward expansion involute motion, so this series of vibrating screens are called rotary vibrating screens. It has the advantages of long material running trajectory and a high utilization rate of the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower ends of the weights can change the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface.
