9. Stop feeding the shale shaker before stopping, and remove the cover after troubleshooting;
10. The chute should be close to the feeding end of the vibrating screen and evenly distribute the material to the feeding end along the screen width as far as possible.
11. Check the edge resistance of the motor winding to the ground, if<20m ω It must be dried before use.
12. Measure the edge resistance with a 500-volt megohmmeter, and its value should be solved by drying the stator winding. The drying temperature should not exceed 120 ºC.
13. Equip the vibrating screen with sealing bearing and install sealing bearing
14. After installing the vibrating screen, stop feeding the vibrating screen first, and then stop feeding the vibrating screen after the screen rotates smoothly.
15. If the specific gravity of the material is large and the mesh number of the screen varies greatly, it is necessary to increase the stress performance of the screen by meeting the specified size.
16. After the installation of the vibrating screen, stop feeding the vibrating screen first. After the screen is in abnormal condition, shut down the machine quickly for adjustment; Repeat the test several times. If it is invalid, the installation material should be re-selected.
17. After installation, clean the screen frame pressing pad first.
18. Place the underframe plane of the mobile device; The four corners are fixed with appropriate bolts and washers.
19. Close the power switch (lead);
20. The vibrating screen shall be maintained continuously day and night, and all bolts shall be fastened in place.
21. Vibration motor and drive (secondary, tertiary and above) shall be inspected every 24h.
