Working Principle


The working principle of Tianfeng FYB series square swing screen is that the eccentric force produced by interior shaker drives the motion of screen body. Through feeding inlet and distributing device, the materials enters into net frame evenly and quickly. Then, through the swing motion of screen, the materials on screen net can spread quickly and move forward. There existed an inclined angle with 4.5- 5.5 between the screen body and the horizontal plane, and that can make the materials smaller than mesh can quickly pass the screen net and arrive to next screen surface. By continuous and multi-layer screening, the materials can be graded from several outlets, and that can make the materials with same mesh can congregate in one place.
