Structure And Working Principle


Tianfeng TLCM series pulse filter-bucket type dust collector is equipped with air inlet, filtering cylinder, air outlet, air bag, pulse controller, injecting and blowing valve, injecting and blowing pipe, etc. The filtering cylinder is made of folded and rolled polyester fiber, and the lower end of the the filtering cylinder is closed. The upper center directly faces the lower mouth of the injecting and blowing pipe. After the air with dust enter into dust remover through air inlet, the speed of the air flow will slow down. The coarse particles can separate from air flow and settle on the internal part of dust collector, and the fine powder will be filtered continuously and be prevented outside of the filtering cylinder, and the purified clean air will be discharged from air outlet. When the ash layer on the filtering cylinder surface is thicker, the pulse controller will give an order, and the injection and blowing valve will start to work. At that time, the compressed air in air bag will inject and blow out through injecting and blowing pipe in a higher speed. At the same time, it can induce more fresh and clean air to enter into filtering cylinder, and make the air quickly flow from inside to outside and blow the ash on the outside surface of the filtering cylinder. At last, the collected dust will be discharged from discharging ash hopper. The dust removing method of Tianfeng TLCM series pulse filter bucket type dust collector adopts the method of pulse type injecting and blowing. It not only can clean dust thoroughly, but also can not harm filtering cylinder. It can effectively ensure the service life of the filtering cylinder. The procedure of dust cleaning is automatically controlled by pulse controller, and it can adopt pressure difference control or time control.
