The Main structure of concrete magnetic vibration table product:
The vibration table is mainly composed of a tabletop, underframe, and vibration motor. The structure is shown in the figure.
Both the table top and the bottom frame are welded steel structures with a certain rigidity. The hard rubber is padded in the middle, which is the vibration-damping support device between the movable table and the fixed underframe. Six locating pins are installed on the upper part of the underframe to match the six locating holes at the bottom of the table to ensure the positioning of the movable table during vibration. The vibration motor fixed at the bottom of the movable table is a two-way shaft motor, which is equipped with the required exciting force at both ends of the shaft to make the vibration table vibrate. Two groups of eccentric blocks are enclosed in the motor shell, which has the advantages of a simple structure and low noise.

1. Preparation of concrete magnetic vibration table
Before the installation of the concrete vibration table, the foundation shall be laid first. The soil plane of the foundation shall be leveled horizontally, and the bolts of the underframe shall be pressed, and then the installation shall be carried out. The fixing bolts must be tightened during the installation.
After the installation and commissioning of the vibration table, first, drive for 3-5 minutes and then stop to check all the fastening bolts. If they are loose, they must be tightened before use.
2. Concrete magnetic vibration table test operation
In the real process of the concrete vibrating table, the concrete products shall be firmly fastened on the vibrating table, and the required vibrating products shall be placed symmetrically with the table surface, which is load balance.
3. Precautions for concrete magnetic vibration table
The vibrator bearing shall be inspected regularly, and regularly disassembled and cleaned, and the lubricating oil shall be replaced to keep the bearing well lubricated.
The vibration table shall have a reliable grounding wire to ensure safety.
