1. In the process of screen frame manufacturing, there will be a variety of internal stresses, mainly including thermal stress generated by blanking and cutting, bending stress of bent parts, and welding stress of welded parts. When the geometric shape of the component is poor, connection stress may also occur when the fastener is forcibly connected. These stresses may cause damage under vibration conditions. Similarly, the screen frame is corroded by water and medium liquid for a long time, and the problem of stress concentration will also be formed under the corrosion, resulting in the reduction of fatigue strength.
2. The screen frame uses a large number of plates and must be cut and blanked. In order to control the cutting thermal stress, the cutting method with fast cutting speed and a small thermal impact range should be selected, such as plasma cutting, and underwater cutting instead of air cutting, which are all measures to control the thermal stress in the manufacturing industry.
3. As for the control of bending and welding stress, stress-relieving annealing is the best method, but the disadvantage is that black skin may appear and the cost is high. Vibration aging technology can be used for stress relief treatment of all kinds of weldments, which can remove 20%~60% of internal stress. However, medium and thick plate weldments still need stress relief annealing treatment, and its key technology is to control deformation.
4. As an electrochemical action, iron and steel corrosion occurs every moment, so anti-corrosion treatment has been widely valued. Anti-corrosion treatment of screen frames includes rust removal and painting. As screening equipment with complex shapes and large surface area, shot blasting is required for rust removal. Due to the complex shape, the special shotgun operation is usually carried out manually.
