Principle And Structure

The screen box relies on two same vibrating motors and general motors to drive excited vibrator make simultaneous rotating toward to opposite directions. It make the whole screen box supported by shock absorber make linear vibrating. The materials enters and drops on the screen net from feeding part and quickly forward, loose, pass the screen net and finish the screening.

The series screen is composed of screen box, vibrating motor(excited vibrator), damping system, bottom frame and etc, and the screen box is composed of screen frame, screen plate, lining plate and etc.

The series screen adopts high performance and long service life YZO series vibrating motor or excited vibrator as excited vibrating source. Through adjusting the magnitude of the exciting force of vibrating source, the amplitude of the screen can be changed.

The damping system is composed of rubber spring, clamp, support seat, etc. The bottom frame is composed of bin, bottom plate frame, etc. The excited vibrating source of the series vibrating screen can adopts up vibrating type installation and down vibrating type installation. The installation of the shock absorber can be divided into horizontal installation and hanging type installation. The series screen can be customized as the actual needs of customers.

Installation And Commissioning

1. It is necessary to fix the channel steel of bottom frame on base, and it is necessary to ensure the height of the front side support base and the height of the rear side support base in same side are consistent. The of the both side of the same side(feeding part or discharging part) of the support bottom plate need to be controlled in the same plane, and the tolerance need to be controlled within 20 mm.

2. Before leaving from factory , the rubber spring has been tested for static stiffness. In installation, it is essential to choose the rubber spring with same (or close) static stiffness and equip them on different supporting sites. In installation, it is necessary to put the rubber springs on the lower support seat, and make the protruding platform of the support seat enter into the inner hole of the spring. In hanging screen box, it is necessary to make the up and the down of the inner hole of the rubber spring with the protruding platform alignment. Then, drop the screen box vertically and put it on the rubber spring. At that time, the height of each support point should be same, and the error is not more than 2 mm.

3. When the users want to adjust the inclined angle of the screen surface, they can loose the fixed bolts of the clamps, rotate the up support seat, raise (or lower) the rear support seat simultaneously, adjusting the distance between the front support seat and the rear support seat, and ensure the inclined angle of the screen surface can meet the requirements.

4. The each connected part of the screen must be fixed and reliable. All bolts must be without any loose. All parts doesn't have any abnormal sound. The minimum clearance between the vibration participating part of the screen and the around others things is 30-50 mm.

5. In leaving from the factory, the double amplitude of the screen is 5-7 mm. About the magnitude of the amplitude of the screen, the user can achieve it by adjusting the angle between the two groups eccentric blocks of vibrating motors or excited vibrators to adjust the magnitude of excited vibrating force.

Maintenance And Operation

1. Before starting screen, it is necessary to check whether there existed obstacles may impede screen to work, and whether the bolts for connecting of each place are tight, especially excited vibrating source, supporting seat. Before starting screen, the fixed bolts on the screen plate need to be fastened again.

2. It is necessary to check whether the rotating directions of the two vibrating motors are opposite. If the rotating directions are same, it is necessary to change the power supply wiring of one motor and make the rotating directions of the two vibrating motors are opposite.

3. In screen running, it is necessary to firstly start the screen without load, run the screen, and turn off the screen for one time. It is necessary to observe whether there existed any abnormal phenomenon and abnormal sound. In screen running without any load, the running state of the screen should be stable and normal.

4. After running without load for 4 hours continuously, it is essential to measure the temperature of the bearing, and the temperature of the bearing is not more than 75^OC.

5. After no-loading running for 4 hours continuously, it is essential to fasten the connected bolts of each place for one time again. After fastening, the bolts need to be fastened for 2-3 times repeatedly.

6. In running with loading materials, it is essential to ensure the feeding is evenly, and make the materials spread on the screen surface evenly. If the materials is deviated and not evenly on the screen surface, it is necessary to adjusting the feeding point timely.

7. Before turning off the machine, it is essential to stop feeding materials at first. The machine can be turned off after the discharging of the materials on the screen surface is finished. After turning off the screen, it is necessary to timely remove the materials and the impurities on the screen surface.

8. The vibrating motor or excited vibrator need to be injected oil for one time after working for 3 months, basically maintained for every 6 months and thoroughly maintained for every year.
