TSZG series motor vibration feeder is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, thermal power, fire resistance, glass building materials, light industry, grain and other industries to uniformly or quantitatively feed massive, granular and powdered materials. It is the equipment for automatic weighing, quantitative packaging and automatic flow process.

Technical characteristics

1. Simple structure, convenient maintenance, low noise, easy installation, stable operation, rapid start and stable stop.
2. By using the vibration motor to excite the vibration source, the material moves in a parabola, so the feed chute is less worn and its service life is increased.
3. The material flow can be changed and opened and closed instantaneously, and the quantitative feeding accuracy is improved.
Structure and working principle
TSZG series motor vibration feeder is composed of four parts: 1. feeding trough 2. vibration transmission body 3. vibration motor 4. vibration damping device.
The feeding process of TSZG series motor vibration feeder is realized by using a specially made vibration motor to drive the feed chute to perform periodic linear reciprocating vibration along the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the feed tank vibration acceleration is greater than the gravity acceleration, the materials in the tank are thrown up. Due to the continuous operation of the vibration motor, the materials in the tank continuously jump forward to achieve the purpose of feeding.

Installation and commissioning

1. Installation
When TSZG series motor vibration feeder continuously feeds ordinary materials, it is recommended that the discharge end be installed with a downward inclination of 10 º. For viscous materials and materials with large water content
Feeding can be lowered by 15 º. If it is used for batching and quantitative feeding, the feeder shall be installed horizontally to ensure uniform and stable feeding and prevent material from flowing automatically.
The installed feeder shall have a traveling clearance of not less than 20mm to make the feeder completely free.
After installation, the feeder shall be horizontal to avoid material side offset during feeding.
Wire according to the electrical schematic diagram and conduct grounding protection.
Its suspension device adopts flexible connection.
2. Commissioning
Before driving, check whether the included angle between the fixed eccentric block and the adjustable eccentric block at both ends of the two vibration motors is exactly the same, whether the fasteners are fastened firmly, and whether the electrical wiring and insulation are good.
After starting, the two vibration motors must operate at the same speed in reverse direction. Check whether the motor shield is deformed and rubs with the eccentric block.
The tightness of each hanger shall be adjusted uniformly. If the feeding amount does not meet the requirements, the included angle between the eccentric blocks of the vibration motor can be adjusted.
Use and maintenance

1. Using

This series of motor vibration feeder allows direct startup and shutdown under full load and full voltage conditions, and allows braking and shutdown through the resonance area quickly for stable shutdown.
After commissioning, a short-term test run shall be carried out.
2. Maintenance
During the operation of the feeder, the stability of amplitude current, temperature rise and noise shall be checked frequently, and the feeder shall be stopped immediately in case of any abnormality.
Generally, the motor bearing shall be filled with lubricating grease every two months, and in high temperature season, the lubricating grease shall be filled every month.
