The vibrator is installed on the lateral plate of the screen, and rotation of the vibrator is drivened by coupler. Under the driving of coupler, the vibrator produce centrifugal inertia force and force screen box to vibrate. Installation And Debugging
1. During installation, steel plates should be embedded according to the requirements of equipment drawings. The upper plane of the embedded steel plate is required to be located on the same horizontal plane. The steel plate and foot bolts required for installation are provided by the installation department. To ensure the height and stiffness of each spring are the same basically, the supporting spring of each screen machine should be selected during installation.
2. After delivery, if the equipment need to wait 6 months to be installed, it is necessary to unload and clean the bearing located in the internal part of vibrator. After cleaning, the new lubricating grease need to be added(#2 lithium base lubricating grease). After reinstallation, it is necessary to rotate eccentric block and to ensure there are no excessive resistance, stucking and other abnormal phenomenons. Otherwise, it is necessary to clear the reason of the abnormal phenomenon and to adjust it.
3. The machine is ready for commission after the installation and the quality inspection of the machine is finished. Before commissioning, it is necessary to check whether the bolts everywhere are firm, and whether there are surrounding barriers to prevent screen frame vibrating.
4. It is necessary to keep machine running 4-6h and observe the machine running state. If there is abnormal voice or devibration phenomenon, it is necessary to trurn off machine, check the reason and debug the fault. During the running, It is necessary to check it as the following points:
(1) The highest temperature of the vibrator and the bearing is not more than 75
oC, and the rising of the temperature is lnot more than 45
oC.
(2) It is necessary to check the firming state of the bolts everywhere, and it is necessary to tighten them if the bolts are loosed.
5. The qualified equipment after commissioning can be put into production. Within the screen machine putting into the production for the first two weeks, it is necessary to weekly retighten the tightened bolts everywhere. After that, the bolts need to be tightened per month.
