Working Principle
The rotary vibratory separator generates three-dimensional motion that enables the screening of fine & ultra-fine particles. The driver
eccentric moves because of a vertical vibration motor. It revolves rapidly with a centrifugal force that stimulates a sieve to move circularly.
The materials on the sieve receive the impulse so that the sieve provides a throwing movement on screening surfaces. The undersized
materials pass through the screen mesh while oversized frictions move outwards in a circular pattern & are discharged from the outlet.
Materials moving pattern and retention time can be adjusted by the vibrator weight phase.
