1, Construction and working principle
The screw conveyor is mainly composed of a material trough, conveying screw, and a driving device. When the captain is long, the middle suspension bearing shall be added,. The spiral blade is fixed on the shaft, and the spiral shaft is longitudinally installed in the chute. Each section of shaft has a certain length, and the joint between sections is equipped with hanging bearings. Generally, the screw shaft of the head joint is connected with the drive device, the discharge port is set at the bottom of the groove of the head joint, and the feed port is set on the cover of the tail joint. The material is loaded from the feed inlet. When the electric motor drives the spiral shaft to roll, the material will not rotate with the screw because of its dead weight and friction force with the groove wall, so the axial driving force generated by the rotation of the spiral shaft will directly act on the material and make the material slide along the axial direction. The conveying of materials is like the nuts that are held and cannot be rotated are translated along the screw, and are pushed in one direction to the discharge port for unloading.

The solid spiral structure is simple and efficient, suitable for conveying loose, dry, and non-sticky materials. T's series screw conveyor is suitable for short-distance vertical conveying. The screw of bendable screw conveyor is composed of a flexible shaft and synthetic rubber blade, which is easy to bend and can be arranged arbitrarily according to the site or process requirements for spatial transmission. The blades of the screw conveyor can be of the spot pull type and the integral pull type. The spot pull type can be made into any thickness and size. The integral pull type is not suitable for making non-standard screws.
T's series screw conveyor is generally composed of a conveyor body, inlet and outlet, and drive device; The spiral blades of TS series screw conveyor can be divided into three types: solid spiral surface, belt spiral surface, and blade spiral surface. Among them, the blade spiral surface is relatively less used and is mainly used to transport materials with high viscosity and compressibility. This spiral-suspended surface type has and completes the functions of mixing and mixing materials during the transportation process.
