Working Principle

Tianfeng ZL series vibrating silo is mainly composed of vibrating motor, vibrating hopper, activated cone, fixed hopper and so on. The vibrating silo adopts vibrating motor as vibrating source. The exciting force produced by the vibrating motor can force vibrating silo to drive activated cone make high frequency flat rotation movement. By breaking arch, the silo can make materials activate and discharge. After the vibration motor stops, the discharging of the materials can be achieved smoothly because the angle of the rest is bigger than the angle of motion rest.
