How to solve the deviation of a large inclination conveyor

The large angle conveyor has the characteristics of large angle conveying and small floor area and has an important position in the fields of coal mining and the chemical industry. However, large-angle conveyors often run away severely due to installation or later maintenance problems.
In fact, the adjustment methods are the same, and the following situations are different.
1. If the belt tail deviates to the left, then adjust the tail pulley, adjust the left tension screw, or tighten or loosen it to see the site conditions. Similarly, if the belt deviates to the right, the adjustment method is the same.
2. The upper part of the belt deviates from the left to the right, and the adjustment method is the same as 1. Adjust the head drum in the same direction as the deviation.
3. In case of deviation in the middle, adjust the middle of the inclined conveyor, and adjust the upper or lower idlers for correction. At this time, the adjustment method is different. If the middle part deviates to the left, adjust the right side of the idler to the opposite direction. In the same way, if the middle part deviates to the right, adjust the left side of the carrier roller to achieve balanced stress on the carrier roller, and the belt conveyor will not run out of line.
4. The force on the receiving point is uneven and the outgoing line deviates. Adjust the feeding position to prevent the deviation caused by material impact.
The above methods can be used to solve the deviation caused by the problems of the conveyor belt itself. If the quality of the conveyor belt itself is poor, the side guard roller can be loaded to change it. However, the manufacturer recommended that the belt should be replaced. Loading the edge roller will cause severe wear on the belt and greatly shorten the service life.
