Product Introduction
 

Tianfeng TS series reciprocating feeder(coal feeder) can evenly load materials from silo to conveyor or other screening and storage device. The structure of the machine is composed of machine frame, the bottom plate( feed tank) driving platform, funnel gate, roller and so on. When the motor stars, through elastic coupling and shock absorber, the crank connecting rod mechanism drags the bottom plate with a tilt of 5 degrees to do linear reciprocating motion on the roller and to evenly unload the material to the transport machinery or other screening equipment. The machine can be designed into the feeder with funnel, the feeder without funnel, the feeder with regulating valve and without funnel, the feeder with regulate valve, the feeder without regulate valve and other various combination forms.

The feeding amount of Tianfeng TS series reciprocating feeder can be changed by changing the opening of the fan-shaped regulating valve to control the thickness of the materials.
