A high-frequency vibrating fine screen is composed of a screen box, screen surface, inertia vibrator, rubber spring, adjustable frame, motor, etc.
1. Screen box: The screen box is welded by steel plate, angle steel, and steel pipe. In order to improve the rigidity of the box, reinforcing ribs are welded on the side plate of the screen box.
2. Screen surface: the screening machine adopts a nylon screen surface. In order to facilitate injection molding, it is composed of small grates, with a mesh size of 0.15 and 0.20 mm. The grates are fixed on the screen frame with wooden blocks and wooden wedges, which are convenient for replacement.
3. Vibration exciter: the main bearing of the vibration exciter is installed in the bearing room of the side plate of the screen box. In order to achieve synchronous performance, a labyrinth seal is adopted, and counterweight wheels are set at both ends of the main shaft to adjust the excitation force and vibration amplitude by adjusting the number of counterweight blocks.
4. Motor: two asynchronous motors are respectively installed on the motor frame on both sides of the screen box and connected with the main shaft of the vibration exciter through flexible coupling.
5. Rubber spring: rubber spring is installed in the upper and lower spring seats to reduce the dynamic load transmitted to the foundation.
6. Adjustable frame: the entire screen box is supported on the adjustable base and the fixed base by rubber springs, and the height of the adjustable base can be adjusted, thus the screen surface inclination can be adjusted.
