Installation and use

1. The power supply of two vibration motors of the ZGS tubular vibration conveyor is three-phase 380V.
2. Before the idle running test of the ZGS tubular vibration conveyor, the bolts at all parts, especially the anchor bolts of the vibration motor of the ZGS tubular vibration conveyor, shall be checked for tightness. After 4 hours of continuous operation, the connecting bolts at all parts shall be retightened once, and they shall be retightened 2-3 times a week.
3. The rotation direction of the two vibration motors of the ZGS tubular vibration conveyor shall be opposite when it is working.
4. When the ZGS tubular vibration conveyor is running without load, check whether the vibration conveyor runs smoothly and pay attention to the temperature rise of the vibration motor bearing. After 4 hours of continuous operation, the high temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 75 ºC.

Speed regulating ZGS tubular vibration conveyor: the vibration frequency of the vibration motor can be adjusted steplessly within the rated frequency range;
Open type ZGS pipe type vibrating conveyor: the conveyor is open above, which is more suitable for the lower vibrating type;
Sealed ZGS tubular vibrating conveyor: all conveyors are sealed except the inlet and outlet.
