The vibrating screen dust collector absorbs the flying dust generated during blanking into the air duct and enters the bag dust collector through the induced draft fan. The dust is captured by the inner surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the air outlet at the upper part of the bag dust collector box. When the operating resistance or time of the equipment reaches the set value, the ash cleaning process begins. The dust from the back blowing ash cleaning falls to the lower ash hopper of the unit filter chamber, and is discharged by the ash discharge valve and sent to the belt conveyor.
