1. The screening accuracy cannot meet the requirements

The main reasons that affect the screening accuracy are insufficient mesh number, insufficient tension, damaged screen, insufficient excitation force, insufficient length, etc.

The tension of the screen is not enough, and the ideal tension can be achieved by using special screen loading tooling or professional screen loading machine;

2. The output cannot meet the production requirements

3. Network blocking
No matter what kind of material is in the production process, there will be mesh blocking problem, so the mesh cleaning device is indispensable. Before solving the blocking problem, we should first find out the cause of material blocking. Common reasons include material characteristics and irregular material shape.
Measures that can be taken to solve these problems include:
For problems caused by the viscosity, adsorption, agglomeration, static and other characteristics of materials, the corresponding screen cleaning device, such as ultrasonic screen cleaning device, can be selected;
If the shape of the material is irregular and polygonal or strip, it is necessary to use a punching plate to clean the mesh.
4. Torsional vibration of vibrating screen
Failure of any link during the operation of the vibrating screen will affect the next production process. When the action direction of the excitation force generated by the vibrosieve source deviates or the spring damping parameter fails, the screen box will produce "distorted vibration", and the material will run away, resonance, stagnation and other phenomena.
After the equipment has "twisted vibration", it will not only affect the screening effect, but also cause damage to the equipment structure, resulting in uneven distribution of vibration force, cracking of the equipment screen box, and greatly shortening the service life of the vibrating screen. The causes and solutions are as follows:
(1) There are three main reasons for the poor flow of materials on the screen surface of the vibrating screen: first, the toughness of the screen box is not enough, and the connecting bolts are loose and should be tightened in time; The second is that the horizontal level of the screen box is not balanced. Find the fault from the support foot spring itself, immediately replace the spring or change the size of the support, or the screen screen may be damaged. Just replace the screen immediately; The third possibility is due to improper operation, that is, unbalanced feeding.
(2) If the vibrating screen cannot be started or the amplitude is small, check whether there is any obstacle, whether the motor is damaged, whether the components in the circuit are damaged or the voltage is insufficient. If these problems can be eliminated, check whether there is too much material on the vibrating screen surface, and then remove it. On the other hand, check whether the coupling bolts fall off, and adjust the position of eccentric shaft weighting block or auxiliary eccentric block as required.
(3) Working at the critical frequency for too long will cause cracks in the side plate of the vibrating screen, fracture of the beam and damage to the structural parts. It may be that the fastening bolts of the side plate are loose, the spring is deformed, or the error of the eccentric block is too large. At this time, replace the damaged parts and tighten the bolts.
(4) The vibration screen rotates too slowly and the bearing heats up, which means that the maintenance is not timely, the bearing grease is insufficient, or the quality of the newly added grease is poor, which causes the bearing to block the labyrinth seal and jam.
(5) The poor screening quality of the vibrating screen results in clogged mesh, increased particle size and humidity in the material, too thick feeding layer and uneven feeding. It is also possible that the two sides of the screen are not pulled tightly, resulting in the belt being too loose and weak in dragging. If there is a problem after treatment, it can be rotated reversely for a period of time to improve the screening quality.
(6) The bearing is damaged, the bolt is loose, the beam is broken and the spring is damaged, resulting in excessive noise of the vibrating screen. Except that the bolts can be tightened in time, all parts need to be replaced.
The vibrating screen often breaks down during operation, and the cause of the problem should be found out immediately after the fault occurs.
