Before the construction of a high-frequency dewatering screen, check whether the dewatering screen package is intact and damp; Whether the vibration motor is deformed or damaged during transportation, whether the parts are complete, and whether the fasteners are loose or falling off; Whether the nameplate data of vibration motor meet the requirements; Use a 500V megohmmeter to check that the insulation resistance of the stator winding is not less than 20 megohm, otherwise the stator winding is dry and the drying temperature is uniform, not more than 120 ºC.
The installation method of the high-frequency dewatering screen is to check whether the lifting ring is tightened in place; The surface roughness of the contact area between the dewatering screen and the support foot of the vibrating motor shall not be less than 6.3. The support bolt shall be of grade 8.8 strength and locked with a check nut or spring washer to prevent loosening.
