Tianfeng TS series dewatering screen is also called as draining vibration conveyor. Installement and Debugging
The base, the spring for supporting, and the screen box will be installed in order. The rubber spring has been tested for static stiffness before delivery, and the rubber spring with same or similar static fitness will be equipped with and used for the different supporting parts of the same vibrating conveyor. During installation, the rubber spring need to be placed on the lower base for supporting, and make the convex on the support base enter into the interior hole of the spring. When hoisting the box, it is necessary to make the interior hole of the rubber spring and the convex of the support plate centering, and make the screen box fall vertically and placed it on the rubber spring. At this time, the height of the rubber spring at each support point need to keep consistent, and the error need to be controlled within 2mm.
The connection of each part of the vibration conveyor must be reliable and firm. All bolts shall not be loose, and the parts shall not have any abnormal sound. The minimum distance between the vibration participating part of the vibration conveyor and the surrounding fixed objects is 30-50mm.
Maintenance and Operation
Before starting vibration conveyor, it is necessary to check around whether there are obstacles preventing the operation of the screening machine, and whether the connected bolts are tight, especially for vibrating motor, machine base for supporting, bolts on the screen plate and so on. The bolts fixed on the screen plate need to be fixed again. It is necessary to check whether the steerings of the two motors are opposite. If the steerings of the two motors are same, it is necessary to replace the power connection of one motor and make the steerings of the two motors are opposite. After working for 4h continuously, it is necessary to measure the temperature of the bearing and ensure the temperature of the bearing can be controlled within 75
