Working principle of cyclone screen
Theoretically, TS series cyclone screen is a new way of screening concept that discards the traditional principle of gravity potential energy operation and carries fluid kinetic energy to do work. It uses high-speed airflow as the carrier under closed state, so that fully diffused powder particles can be sprayed to the screen with enough kinetic energy to achieve rapid classification.

Maintenance of cyclone screen
1. Maintenance
(1) When using the equipment for the first time, the operator shall carefully read the operation manual, use the equipment correctly in strict accordance with the requirements of the product operation manual, and do a good job in cleaning, lubrication, fastening, corrosion prevention and other daily maintenance of the equipment, so that the equipment is always kept clean inside and outside, in good performance and reliable condition.
(2) Regularly check whether the grounding wire is in good condition and whether the cable connecting the equipment to the power switch is in good condition. If it is aged, replace it in time.
(3) The main machine, motor and fan of the cyclone screen shall be overhauled once a year, and an appropriate amount of lubricating oil shall be added regularly to remove the dust in the motor. The vibration exciter of screen machine equipped with vibration exciter must be maintained once or twice a year, with lubricating oil added for each maintenance, and the connecting bolts tightened.
(4) The electrical control box of the cyclone screen shall be kept clean to prevent dust from falling into the control box, causing failure or short circuit of electrical components.
(5) The screen mesh shall be evenly tensioned during replacement. When fixing the wire ropes at both ends, the screen mesh shall be adjusted while tightening.
2. Common faults and troubleshooting
(1) When the processing capacity fails to meet the requirements, the inspection screen shall be used to detect whether the materials meet the screening requirements.
(2) When the handling capacity suddenly increases, the finished product shall be taken for inspection and analysis. If the finished product is unqualified, the screen mesh shall be checked for integrity.
(3) No discharging occurs suddenly during operation.
a. Check whether the fan is normal. If the flow of the fan decreases, repair the fan.
b. Check whether the discharge auger cannot rotate and discharge.
3. Precautions
(1) This machine is not suitable for screening materials with viscosity and water content greater than 5%, as well as flammable and explosive materials.
