What are the types of vibrating screen exciters

The vibrating screen exciter is used to realize the transportation, screening, compaction, shaping of materials or objects, and tamping of soil and sand. It is a device attached to some machinery and equipment to generate excitation force. The exciter is divided into inertial electric type, electromagnetic type, electro-hydraulic type, pneumatic type, and hydraulic type.
1. Inertial vibration exciter
Use the eccentric block to generate the required excitation force. The inertial vibration exciter with one-way excitation force is generally composed of two rotating shafts and a pair of gears with a speed ratio of 1. The two rotating shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same speed, and the two eccentric blocks on the shaft generate the resultant force of inertia force in the Y direction. When working, fix the exciter on the excited part, and the excited part will obtain the required vibration. A self-synchronous inertial vibration exciter is also widely used in vibration machinery. The two rotating shafts of the vibration exciter are driven by two induction motors with similar characteristics respectively, and the two rotating shafts with eccentric blocks can realize constant speed reverse rotation by virtue of the vibration synchronization principle without gears, so as to obtain a one-way excitation force.

2. Electric vibration exciter
The alternating current is passed into the moving coil, which makes the coil vibrate under the action of electromagnetic excitation force in the given magnetic field. The constant magnetic field of the electric vibration exciter is generated by direct current flowing into the excitation coil, and then alternating current flowing into the moving coil. The moving coil is driven by the periodic electromagnetic excitation force to drive the ejector rod to move back and forth. The expected vibration can be obtained by contacting the ejector rod with the excited part.
3. Electromagnetic exciter
Input the periodically changing current into the electromagnet coil, and the periodically changing excitation force will be generated between the excited part and the electromagnet. The electromagnetic vibration exciter used in vibration machinery is usually composed of an electromagnet core with a coil and an armature, and a spring is installed between the core and the armature. When alternating current, alternating current plus direct current, or pulsating current after half-wave rectification is input to the coil, periodic excitation force can be generated. This kind of exciter usually fixes the armature directly on the working part requiring vibration.
4. Electro-hydraulic vibration exciter
A small power electric vibration exciter is used to drive the hydraulic servo valve to control the hydraulic pressure medium in the pipeline, and a large excitation force is generated on the piston in the hydraulic cylinder, so that the excited part can obtain vibration.

On the day of delivery, we will send the customer the factory video and pictures, and mark the corresponding English name of each product and product parts with a marker to prevent the customer from not knowing what each part is after receiving the goods.
