The motor is installed on the left side of the screen frame and can also be installed on the right side of the screen frame. If there is no special requirement, the manufacturer shall install and supply the motor on the right side of the material movement direction.

Installation and commissioning
1. During installation, steel plates shall be embedded according to the requirements of the equipment drawings. The upper plane of the embedded steel plates shall be on the same horizontal plane. The embedded steel plates and anchor bolts required for installation shall be prepared by the installation department. The supporting spring of each screen machine shall be selected before installation to ensure that the height and stiffness of each spring are basically the same.
2. After leaving the factory, if the installation lasts for more than 6 months, the bearing in the vibrator must be removed and cleaned before installation, and new grease (No. 2 lithium base grease) must be injected. After reinstallation of this series of shale shaker, the eccentric shaft shall be rotated by hand without excessive resistance or jamming, or the causes shall be found out and adjusted in time.
3. After all components are installed and checked as qualified, the test run can be carried out. Before the test run, the bolts at all places shall be checked in detail to see whether they are fastened and whether there are obstacles around the screen machine that hinder the vibration of the screen frame.
4. Test run for 4-6 hours, and observe the operation of the screen machine. In case of abnormal sound or vibration loss, stop the machine in time to check the cause and eliminate the fault. During test run, the following items shall be checked: (1) The temperature of vibrator bearing shall not exceed 75 ºC for high temperature and 45 ºC for temperature rise. (2) The fastening of fastening bolts at all places shall be tightened timely and timely in case of looseness.
5. After the test run is qualified, it can be put into production. Within the first two weeks after the screen machine is put into production, the fastening bolts shall be retightened once a week and then once a month.
