Installement and Debugging
The base, the spring for supporting, and the screen box will be installed in order. The rubber spring has been tested for static stiffness before delivery, and the rubber spring with same or similar static fitness will be equipped with and used for the different supporting parts of the same vibrating conveyor. During installation, the rubber spring need to be placed on the lower base for supporting, and make the convex on the support base enter into the interior hole of the spring. When hoisting the box, it is necessary to make the interior hole of the rubber spring and the convex of the support plate centering, and make the screen box fall vertically and placed it on the rubber spring. At this time, the height of the rubber spring at each support point need to keep consistent, and the error need to be controlled within 2 mm.

Maintenance and Operation
