Working Principle
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, or enters the filter bag room through the open flange mouth. The dusty gas is filtered into purified gas through the filter bag of the dust collector and enters into clean gas room. Through the outlet of the clean gas room, the purified gas can be discharged by fan. The dust will attach to the outer surface of the filter bag and increase continuously. The continuous accumulation of the dust makes the resistance of the bag type dust collector rise continually. In order to make the resistance of the equipment not more than 1200 Pa and ensure the bag dust collector can continue to work, it is necessary to remove the dust on the filter bag regularly. The dust removal is started by the PLC program controller timing sequence pulse valve. The compressed air (0.5-0.7 M pa) in the air bag can eject from the blowpipe (known as the primary air). Through the Venn tube, the quick ejection of the compressed air can induce surrounding fresh air (known as the secondary air) several times the primary air enter into the filter bag and make the filter bag expand rapidly in an instant. Along with the reverse force function of the air flow, the dust can be shaken off, and the purpose of dust removal can be achieved.
