Method of Changing Screen for Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen
1, The important role of screen
The screen is one of the consumable accessories of the ultrasonic vibrating screen. If the quality of the screen is poor or the tension is not appropriate, as well as if the material is fed too hard and the load is too large, the ultrasonic vibrating screen may break. At this time, the ultrasonic vibrating screen cannot perform screening operations. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the new screen. When replacing a new screen, it must be installed in strict accordance with the correct screen installation method, Otherwise, the replaced screen will not only fail to achieve the screening effect but will also be easily damaged.
2, Method of Changing Screen for Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen
There are two main ways to replace the screen of an ultrasonic vibrating screen, the difference being the availability of screen-changing tools. Below, we will introduce different screen-changing methods, which can be adopted by users based on their actual situation.
1. No net-changing tool
1. First, clean the mesh frame of the ultrasonic vibration screen, roughen the bonding surface to be coated with sandpaper, and finally wipe the bonding surface clean with a clean soft cloth dipped in acetone.
2. Place the installed screen flat on a clean tabletop, and adhere the grid frame to the screen in an upward manner according to the position of the installed transducer.
3. Roll up the screen beyond the mesh frame from the edge of the mesh frame and tighten it. Use instant adhesive to stick the rolled-up screen dots to the back of the mesh frame, making the screen flat and tight on the mesh frame.
4. Install the sealing rubber ring on the grid frame.
5. Install the mesh frame on the screening machine, press the upper frame well, lock the tie ring, and use a rubber hammer to evenly tap the circumference of the tie ring to evenly distribute the force. Use the upper frame to press the mesh tightly onto the mesh frame.
6. Apply glue evenly on the bonding surface. While applying glue, gently clasp the sieve with your fingers to evenly disperse the glue. Wait about 30 minutes for the glue to be applied once, and then use it when the glue is completely dry.
2. There are mesh-changing tools
1. Clean the grid frame and wipe the bonding surface with a clean soft cloth dipped in acetone.
2. Lay the tension mesh ring flat on a clean tabletop, place the screen to be installed on the screen ring, lock the clamp, and make the screen flat on the tension mesh ring.
3. Support the grid in a suspended position.
4. After fully mixing with KD-504A 2-in-1 glue, evenly and continuously apply it to the grid frame.
5. Place the tension mesh ring on the mesh frame smoothly, with the side of the mesh ring facing down on the mesh frame. Apply the pressing screws evenly and smoothly around the tension mesh ring to evenly stress the surrounding area, allowing the glue on the mesh frame to penetrate the mesh. After waiting for 12 hours in a constant temperature environment, the glue will completely dry.
6. After loosening the pressing screw, loosen the locking clamp on the tension mesh ring and remove the tension mesh ring before use.
