In actual production, due to the harsh working environment, the screen pressing plate will be loose, and the screen material will have plastic deformation. After a period of operation, the screen relaxation and the steel beam of the vibrating screen produce relative vibration. When the relative vibration resonates with the vibration of the vibrating screen itself, it will pose a huge threat to the screen box and beam.
Treatment method: improve the support bars on the screen surface of the vibrating screen, increase the number of support bars in the middle of the screen (from 3 to 5), and each bar is consistent with the middle one. It has the function of installing fixing bolts. It is pressed by multiple pressing plates to ensure that the screen is fixed reliably and cannot reach resonance.
