Tianfeng TLZF series vibrating ore drawing machine adopts ordinary motor as external drive. The screen has advantages of small power, large capacity, low noise and stable performance. The screen is the update product of metallurgical, ore dressing, coal blending and other industries. Connected with the frequency converter, TLZF series vibrating ore drawing machine can achieve centralized control, and it can achieve automatic, timed and quantitative ore drawing.

Working Principle

The ore drawing procedure of Tianfeng TLZF series vibrating ore drawing machine is achieved by utilizing two motors to drive exciting vibrator and drive ore drawing tank to make reciprocating motion along with inclined direction. When the vibrating acceleration of ore drawing tank vertically surpass the gravitational acceleration of ore drawing tank, the materials in the tank will be thrown up and jump forward according to the trajectory of the parabola. The throwing up and the falling down will be finished instantaneously. Because the exciting vibrator is excited shaking continuously, and the ore drawing tank is vibrating continuously, the materials in the tank can jump forward continuously and achieve the purpose of drawing ore.

Installation And Commissioning

1. Before installing, it is necessary to contrast the site foundation and the installation diagram of ore drawing machine. After checking, the steel plate need to be embedded. The thickness of the steel plate is 20 mm, and the flatness is not more than 1.5%.

2. After installing, the relative position need to be adjusted. The axis of the electromotor should lower than the axis of excited vibrator, and the height difference between them is within 2-3 mm. After adjusting, it is necessary to weld the connection point among the motor supporting base, the spring base and the embedded steel plate.

3. The rotating directions of two motors must be opposite.

4. After installing, it is necessary to run machine 2-4 hours and ensure the running of the machine body is stable. The transverse swing of the machine is not more than 0.5 mm, and it is necessary to again adjust the tightness of the bolts used for fixing excited vibrator.

5. In use, if the processing capacity is not enough, when it is permitted, the users can adjust the magnitude of exciting force of excited vibrator to achieve optimum effect.

Use And Commissioning

1. In working procedure, it is necessary to notice whether the tank runs stably. If find the running of the machine is abnormal or has abnormal sound, it is necessary to stop machine instantly.

2. In maintaining excited vibrator, the 3# lithium base grease for lubricating need to be injected weekly. The bearing need to be checked annually. The wear of the bearing need to be checked regularly. If necessary, the bearing need to be replaced and maintained timely.

3. It is necessary to regularly check whether the bolts for tightening in connection part are loosen, and the hidden dangers need to be eliminated timely.
