1, The motor is burnt due to loose bolts. Bolt looseness is one of the main reasons for motor burnout. The excitation force generated by the vibration motor during operation will impact the foundation bolt more than 2000 times per minute. Moreover, the motor itself also participates in vibration, so the foundation bolt is very easy to loosen; If one of the bolts is loose, it will cause the other bolts to be loose, which will cause fracture and burn the motor.
method:
1. Ensure good contact between the motor floor in the foundation area and make several foundation bolts evenly stressed;
2. Frequently reinforce the foundation bolts;
3. Add anti-pickup loosening device. In terms of material selection, the manager uses the shell-seat integrated vibration motor, which is processed at one time, so it can ensure the level. The shell base heterogenous motor is processed and reassembled in several times, so it is not easy to ensure the level, so the stress of the anchor bolt is not easy to be uniform, which is easy to cause the loosening and fracture of the anchor bolt.
2, The motor is burnt due to improper installation; The upper and lower ends of the vibration motor are equipped with eccentric blocks. When the vibration motor is installed vertically or obliquely, the bearing needs to bear the gravity of the eccentric block axially. If there is no plane bearing on the vertical face of the vibration motor, it will have a negative impact on the bearing and shorten its service life.
method:
1. Select vertical vibration motor (i.e. add plane bearing inside)
2. Try to avoid vertical or inclined installation.
3, Improper adjustment of eccentric block caused motor burning; When adjusting the eccentric blocks, be sure to pay attention to their symmetry, that is to say, the eccentric blocks at both ends should correspond to each other. If the directions of the eccentric blocks at both ends are adjusted in the wrong direction, the vibration motor will produce a space distortion and make it work under abnormal conditions, which will cause the motor to burn. Therefore, the center of gravity connecting line of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor should be parallel to the rotating shaft and cannot be in one side.
4, The protective cover is not tightly sealed, resulting in the burning of the motor; Most vibration motors work in dusty environment. In this case, if the protective cover is not sealed tightly enough, it is easy to enter the dust, causing friction operation of eccentric block, and then burning the motor. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the sealing of the protective cover and regularly clean the dust inside the protective cover
