What are the faults of daily bolt looseness?
After the bolts of the daily small vibrating screen are loosened, it will cause abnormal noise, component displacement and other faults. At first, the bolts will be loosened. If it is not found in time, it will cause serious consequences such as falling off and breaking.
So how to prevent the vibration screen bolts from loosening?
1, Standardize the mechanical installation and commissioning of vibrating screen.
Fix the channel steel of the underframe on the foundation so that the height difference between the front and rear support seats on the same side is consistent, and the support seat plates on both sides of the same end (feeding end or discharging end) are in the same horizontal plane, with the error within 2mm.
The spring has been tested for static stiffness before leaving the factory. The spring with the same (or similar) stiffness should be selected to be configured at different supporting positions of the same vibrating screen. During installation, place the spring on the lower support seat so that the boss on the support seat enters the inner hole of the spring and is aligned with the boss of the support plate, and drop the sieve plate vertically onto the spring.
The connection of all parts of the machine must be firm and reliable, all bolts must not be loose, all parts must not have any abnormal noise, and the small gap between the vibrating part of the screen machine and the surrounding fixtures is 30-50mm.
When the screen machine leaves the factory, the double amplitude is adjusted to 5-8mm. The user can adjust the angle between the two eccentric blocks of the vibration motor, adjust the size of the excitation force, and then adjust the size of the screen machine amplitude.
