Principle and structure
The screen box is driven by two identical vibrating motors or ordinary motors with vibrators to rotate in the opposite direction in a self synchronous manner, so that the whole screen machine supported on the shock absorber can vibrate in a straight line. After the materials fall into the screen from the feeding end, they can quickly move forward, loosen, penetrate and complete the screening operation.
This series of screen machine is composed of screen box, vibration motor (vibrator), vibration damping system and underframe. The screen box is composed of screen frame, screen plate, lining plate, etc.
This series of screen machine uses high-performance, long-life YZO series vibration motor or vibration exciter as the excitation source. The amplitude of the screen machine can be changed by adjusting the excitation force of the vibration source.
The damping system is composed of rubber spring, clamp, support seat, etc. The underframe is composed of material warehouse and underframe. The vibration sources of this series of vibrating screens can be installed in the upper and lower vibration modes, and the shock absorbers can be installed in the seat or hanging mode. It can also be designed and manufactured according to user needs.
Installation and commissioning
1. Fix the channel steel of the underframe on the foundation to make the height of the front and rear support seats on the same side consistent, and the support seat plates on both sides of the same end (feed end or discharge end) are in the same horizontal plane, with the tolerance within 20mm.
2. The static stiffness of the rubber spring has been tested before leaving the factory, and the spring with the same (or similar) stiffness should be selected and configured at different supporting positions of the same shale shaker. During installation, place the rubber spring on the lower support seat, make the boss on the support seat enter the inner hole of the spring, and then lift the screen box, so that the inner hole of the rubber spring is aligned with the boss of the support plate, vertically drop the screen box and place it on the rubber spring. At this time, the height of the rubber spring at each support point should be the same, and the error should not be greater than 2mm
3. When users need to adjust the screen surface inclination, they can loosen the fixing bolts of the clamps, rotate the upper support, raise (or lower) the rear support, and adjust the distance between the front and rear support to make the screen surface inclination meet the requirements.
4. All parts of the screen machine must be firmly and reliably connected, all bolts must not be loose, all parts must not have any abnormal sound, and the small gap between the vibration part on the screen machine and the surrounding fixtures is 30-50mm.
5. When the screen machine leaves the factory, the double amplitude is 5-7mm. The user can adjust the angle between the two eccentric blocks of the vibration motor or vibration exciter, adjust the magnitude of the exciting force, and then adjust the amplitude of the screen machine.
Maintenance and operation
1. Before starting the screen machine, check whether there are obstacles hindering the operation of the screen machine around and whether the connecting bolts are fastened, especially the fixing bolts of the excitation source, support seat and screen plate.
2. Check whether the rotation directions of two vibration motors or vibrators are opposite. If the rotation directions are the same, change the power wiring of one motor to make the rotation directions of two motors opposite.
3. When the screen machine is running, it should be started, operated and stopped once with no load. Observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon and sound. The screen machine should be stable and normal when it is idling.
4. After 4 hours of continuous operation, measure the bearing temperature, which shall not exceed 75 ºC.
5. After continuous idling for 4 hours, retighten the connecting bolts of each part once, and then repeat for 2-3 times.
6. During the operation with materials, the feeding shall be uniform so that the materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface. If the materials are "deviated", the feeding point shall be adjusted.
7. Before stopping the screen machine, stop feeding, and stop the machine after the materials on the screen surface have gone. After parking, the materials and sundries on the screen surface shall be cleaned in time.
8. The vibration motor or exciter shall be refueled once after 3 months of use, minor repair once every half a year, and major repair once a year, according to the YZO series vibration motor instructions.
