Product Introduction

Tianfeng ZSR series hot ore screen is mainly used for the grading of the medium and small particle sinter with the temperature of 600-800ºC in metallurgical industry. Working Principle

Tianfeng ZSR series hot ore screen adopts seat type installation and biaxial vibrator. The motor does not engage in vibration. Technical Characteristics

Installation And Commissioning

2. Before installation, it is necessary to install according to the installation order of the screen from up to down. Before entering into the next step. it is necessary to ensure each finished step are qualified primarily.

3. After finished the installation, it is necessary to adjust the relative position. The first damping spring and the second damping spring all in vertical state. The axis of the electromotor is lower than the axis of exciting vibrator, and the height difference between them need to be controlled within 3-5 mm. After adjustment, it is necessary to weld the connection points among motor supporting frame, spring base and embedded steel plate.

4. The directions of the two motors must be opposite, and it is necessary to ensure the eccentric blocks of the exciting vibrator are in the same phase.

5. In commissioning, the vibrating screen need to run for 4-6 hours without load, and it is necessary to ensure whether the running of the screen is stable, no swing, no abnormal sound. Use And Maintenance
