Product Description
The design, manufacture, and installation of the TS series belt conveyor shall ensure that it can meet the requirements of on-site
use, has high working reliability, and has as little maintenance work as possible. The structural form of the belt conveyor is belt
conveying, and its structural design ensures the material flow without leakage. There is no leakage at the seals of all joint surfaces
of the drive device. The drive device has the overload protection function, which can meet the 24-hour continuous operation.
The driving device is equipped with a protective cover, whose structure is convenient for maintenance and inspection, and can
meet the requirements of outdoor installation.

TS series belt conveyor is suitable for chemical, metallurgical, coal mine, hydropower, building materials, and other departments.
It can transport various bulk materials, such as blocky and granular materials. Therefore, it is often used with the grid or dehydrator
in urban sewage to transport grid slag or dehydrated sludge.
Working Principle
TS series belt conveyor consists of a frame, drive device, tensioner, troughed idler, return idler, guide roller, baffle on both sides,
cleaner, conveyor belt, electric control box, and other components. The continuous trough belt type is adopted. The materials fall
onto the conveyor belt from the discharge port of the grid or dehydrator. Driven by the electric roller, the materials move from one
end to the other, and the end is connected to the material barrel for further treatment.
Technical characteristics
1. The equipment is reliable in operation, with a large conveying capacity and long conveying distance. It can receive materials at
multiple points and continuously transport materials;
2. The driving device adopts an oil-cooled electric drum, which is compact in structure, small in floor area, and easy to maintain;
3. The equipment adopts a screw tensioning device to ensure the reliability and running of the conveyor belt;
4. The conveyor belt is made of nitrile rubber and vulcanized, which is easy to clean, corrosion resistant, and has a long service life;
5. Both sides of the upper grooved idler are provided with slag-blocking plates to prevent the grid slag sewage from flowing and
overflowing, so as to clean the environment;
6. Easy to operate, nonclogging, easy to maintain, and can be arranged horizontally or transported obliquely. It is ideal equipment for
conveying grid slag;
7. The equipment can be linked with supporting equipment for convenient control, and can also be equipped with a local control box.
