Working principle
The dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, or enters the filter bag chamber through the open flange port, and the dust-containing gas is filtered through the filter bag of the dust collector to be purified gas, and then enters the clean air chamber, and then passes through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber, and is discharged by the fan. The dust accumulates on the external surface area of the filter bag, and increases continuously, so that the resistance of the bag filter increases constantly. in order to make the equipment resistance not more than 1200 Pa, bag filter can continue to work, it is necessary to regularly remove the dust on the bag, the dust cleaning is started by the PLC program controller timing sequence pulse valve, The compressed air in the air bag (0.5-0.7Mpa) is ejected from the blowpipe (called primary air) through the Venturi tube to induce several times the surrounding air (called secondary air) into the filter bag so that the filter bag expands rapidly in an instant.
