Installation& Use
1. The power source of Tianfeng ZGS series tubular vibrating conveyor is three-phase 380V.
2. It is necessary to check all bolts before trial running, especially to check whether the anchor bolts are tight. It is necessary to tight the bolts of each part again after working for 4 hours continuously. The bolts need to be tightened for 2-3 times within a week.
3. In running, it is necessary to ensure the running directions of two vibrating motors are opposite.
4. In trial running, it is necessary to check whether the running of the vibrating conveyor is stable and to pay close attention to the temperature rise of vibrating motor bearing. After running for 4 hours continuously, the highest temperature of bearing is not surpass 75oC.
