1. Ultrasonic vibrations: The sieve is equipped with an ultrasonic generator that produces high-frequency vibrations above the range of human hearing (typically above 20 kHz). These ultrasonic vibrations are superimposed onto the rotary vibrating sieve to enhance the screening efficiency.

2. Sieve mesh: Similar to other vibrating screens, the ultrasonic vibrating sieve has a screen surface made of wire mesh or perforated plates. It allows particles of specific sizes to pass through while retaining larger particles.
