Working Principle

The ore drawing process of the TLZF series vibrating ore drawing machine is realized by using two motors to drive the vibration exciter to drive the ore drawing tank to make periodic linear reciprocating vibrations along the inclined direction. When the vibration acceleration of the ore drawing tank is vertically greater than the gravity acceleration, the materials in the tank are thrown up and jump forward according to the trajectory of the parabola. The throwing and falling are completed in an instant. Due to the continuous excitation of the vibration exciter, the ore drawing tank is continuously vibrated, The materials in the tank jump forward continuously to achieve the purpose of ore drawing.

Installation and commissioning

1. Before the installation of the TLZF series vibrating ore drawing machine, the site foundation shall be compared with the installation drawing of the ore drawing machine. After inspection, the steel plate shall be embedded. The thickness of the steel plate shall be 20mm and the flatness shall not be greater than 1.5%.
2. After the installation of the TLZF series vibrating ore drawing machine, the relative position shall be adjusted. The axis of the motor shall be 2-3mm lower than the axis of the vibration exciter, and then the motor support, spring base, and embedded steel plate shall be spot welded firmly.
3. The rotation direction of two motors must be opposite.
4. After installation and operation for 2 to 4 hours, the machine body shall operate stably, and the yaw shall not be greater than 0.5mm. Then adjust the bolt fastening of the vibration exciter.
5. If the handling capacity is not enough in use, the exciting force of the exciter can be adjusted if allowed to achieve good results.

Use and maintenance

1. During the operation, pay attention to whether the tank body moves smoothly. If the TLZF series vibrating ore drawing machine is found to operate abnormally or make abnormal noise, it should be stopped immediately for an inspection.
2. The exciter shall be lubricated with 3 # lithium base grease once a week. The bearing shall be inspected and cleaned once a year to check the worn bearing. If necessary, it shall be replaced and repaired in time.
3. Frequently check whether the fastening bolts of the connection parts are loose, and timely check the hidden dangers.
