The magnetic suspension test screen uses the electromagnetic plus vibration device as the vibration source. After being powered on, the electromagnetic device forms a magnetic field. The vibration device is suspended in the middle of the magnetic field to form the upper and lower high-frequency vibration frequency. Then it is transmitted to a set of coarse to fine sieves placed on the tray through the bottom tray to make the materials in the test screen vibrate and move up and down, left and right, and the materials vibrate on the screen surface of the standard test screen, The material particles smaller than the mesh number are sieved into the lower layer test screen and screened layer by layer, so that only the material test screen with the same particle size is left in each layer, and the separation of different particle sizes is realized.
The magnetic suspension test screen is improved on the basis of the ordinary standard test screen. There will be no residue left on the mesh of the screened materials, which can be as fine as 5 microns. It is suitable for the screening and detection of high-precision and high requirements materials. 

WORKING PRINCIPAL
The TS series standard inspection screen uses the vibration motor as the vibration source.
