Dripping vibrating screen (draining screen), also known as draining vibrating conveyor, is widely used in various industries such as grain and food, for grading and dehydrating various materials to different degrees. The machine supports the drainage sieve basket on four rubber springs of the frame, and generates vibration with two vibration motors that rotate in opposite directions. The rack is made of stainless steel square tubes. Rubber springs have good shock absorption effect, low noise, and long service life. It can be used in assembly line operations to achieve automation. Installation and commissioning of drainage vibrating screen:
Install the bottom bracket, support spring, and box in order. Rubber springs have undergone static stiffness testing before leaving the factory, and springs with the same (or similar) stiffness should be selected to be configured at different support positions of the same vibrating conveyor. During installation, place the rubber spring on the lower support base so that the protrusion on the support base enters the inner hole of the spring. Then, lift the box body, making sure that the inner hole of the rubber spring is aligned with the protrusion on the support plate. Lower the box body vertically and place it on the rubber spring. At this time, the height of the rubber springs at each support point should be consistent, and the error should not exceed 2mm. The connection between each part of the drainage vibrating screen must be firm and reliable, and all bolts must not be loose. There must be no abnormal noise in any part of the screen. The minimum gap between the vibrating part on the vibrating conveyor and the surrounding fixed objects is 30-50mm
